Returns Processing
Returns will only be processed if customers follow the instructions in the packages they receive. Customers must return all items directly to the warehouse and must send their packages insured to verify delivery. We will NOT accept returns sent to We Must Praise.com physical street address.
Order Cancellation Process
Occasionally a customer may need to cancel an order. This can only happen if the item has not already shipped. The cancellation procedure is as follows. The customer must first notify We Must Praise with a request to cancel. Then we will inform our distributor of the need to cancel the order. Provided they can cancel the order, the cancellation will be processed at the warehouse end. It may take up to two billing cycles for customers to see the credit on their bank statements.
